I’m Dana, Certified Athletic Therapist, Disability Management Consultant, and mama-to-be, who noticed the gap between clinical injury recovery and prevention, and training & nutrition, and knew something had to be done!

Individuals are often provided the home exercises and manual therapies required to heal the specific injury or dysfunction at hand, without addressing what else has occurred to the body, and the mind, because of being in a state of altered function.

Because of this, individuals often find themselves in a body that doesn’t feel like their own after recovering from injury, whether they’ve returned to their pre-injury activities and sports or not.

I understand the negative ripple effect this can cause on one’s life as I have been victim to this firsthand after retiring from national level gymnastics, and suffering multiple serious injuries!

It is what makes me so passionate to help you avoid this all together, or find your way to a body you feel confident in since that injury!

My coaching is going to guide and support you to transform your body in a sustainable and realistic way, while preventing future injuries, so that you will be able to live in a body you feel strong, capable, and proud of for the long haul!
